Yes, I saw it, and the previous post - in Italian - deal with the issue.
I don't think the law will pass; the mere proposal already raised a lot of a stink. But just the idea of registration of blogs and personal websites says a lot about those proposing it..
I was planning to write something in English about that; maybe tonight I will do it.
